ebanglabazar.store এর নীতিমালা ও শর্তাবলী (Terms & Policies)

১. সাধারণ শর্তাবলী (General Conditions): পণ্যের দাম এবং পণ্যের প্রাপ্ততা

১.১. মূল্য নির্ধারণ: পণ্যের দাম যেকোনো সময় পরিবর্তন হতে পারে। সময়ের সাথে সাথে আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে যেকোন পণ্যের দাম কোন প্রকার নোটিশ, নোটিফিকেশন বা বার্তা ছাড়াই পরিবর্তন হতে পারে। 

১.২. অর্ডার বাতিলকরণ: কোনো অনিবার্য কারণবশত (যেমন- পণ্যের স্টক না থাকা বা ভুল মূল্য প্রকাশিত হওয়া) ebanglabazar.store যেকোনো অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে। 

১.৩. পণ্যের বর্ণনা: আমরা সর্বদা পণ্যের সঠিক বিবরণ ও চিত্র দেওয়ার চেষ্টা করি। তবে, পণ্যের রঙ, সাইজ  আপনার ডিভাইস অনুযায়ী সামান্য ভিন্ন দেখাতে পারে। 

১.৪. পরিষেবার পরিবর্তন: ebanglabazar.store নোটিশ ছাড়াই যেকোনো সময় পরিষেবা, পণ্য এবং মূল্য পরিবর্তন, স্থগিত বা বন্ধ করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।

১.৫. একচেটিয়া অধিকার: প্ল্যাটফর্মে প্রকাশিত সমস্ত বিষয়বস্তু (পাঠ্য, চিত্র, ডিজাইন, সফটওয়্যার) ebanglabazar.store বা এর সরবরাহকারীদের সম্পত্তি, যা কপিরাইট দ্বারা সুরক্ষিত।

২. ত্রুটির সংশোধন (Correction of Errors) 

• কখনও কখনও আমাদের প্ল্যাটফর্মে পণ্যের বর্ণনা, মূল্য, প্রচার, শিপিং চার্জ এবং প্রাপ্যতার বিষয়ে টাইপোগ্রাফিক ত্রুটি, ভুল বা বাদ পড়া তথ্য থাকতে পারে। আমরা নোটিশ ছাড়াই যেকোনো সময় এই ধরনের ত্রুটি বা ভুল সংশোধন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি।

৩. ডেলিভারি প্রক্রিয়া (Delivery System)  

৩.১. ঢাকার ভেতরের সকল অর্ডারের জন্য ডেলিভারি চার্জ ৬০ টাকা। অর্ডার করার পর সাধারণত ১-৩ দিনের মধ্যে পণ্য পৌঁছে দেওয়া হয়। তবে প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ, পণ্যের অপ্রাপ্ততা প্রভৃতি  বিশেষ কোনো কারণে সময় কম বেশি লাগতে পারে। দেরি হলে প্রয়োজনে গ্রাহককে পূর্বেই অবহিত/জানানো হতে পারে।  

৩.২. ঢাকার বাহিরের অর্ডারসমূহ বিভিন্ন কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের মাধ্যমে সরবরাহ-হোম ডেলিভারি ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি করা হয়। এ ক্ষেত্রে ডেলিভারি চার্জ নির্ভর করবে পণ্যের সংখ্যা, ওজন ও গন্তব্যস্থলের দূরত্বের উপর। সিটি কর্পোরেশন ও প্রযোজ্য অন্যান্য প্রপার এলাকায় ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি সুবিধাসহ হোম ডেলিভারি করা হবে তবে বিশেষ কিছু দুর্গম এলাকা বা বিশেষ কিছু ক্ষেত্রে প্রয়োজনে গ্রাহককে নিজ দায়িত্বে নিকটস্থ কুরিয়ার অফিস থেকে পণ্য সংগ্রহ করা লাগতে পারে। পণ্য পৌঁছাতে সাধারণত ২-৭ দিন সময় লাগতে পারে।

1.1. Pricing: Product prices are subject to change at any time. The prices of any products on our website may change over time without any prior notice, notification, or message.

1.2. Order Cancellation: ebanglabazar.store reserves the right to cancel any order due to unavoidable reasons (such as a product being out of stock or a pricing error).

1.3. Product Description: We always try to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However, the color, size, etc., of the product may appear slightly different depending on your device.

1.4. Service Modification: ebanglabazar.store reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue services, products, and prices at any time without notice.

1.5. Exclusive Rights: All content published on the platform (text, images, design, software) is the property of ebanglabazar.store or its suppliers, protected by copyright.

2. Correction of Errors

• Occasionally, our platform may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any such errors or inaccuracies at any time without notice.

3. Delivery System

3.1. For all orders within Dhaka, the delivery charge is BDT 60. Products are usually delivered within 1-3 days after placing the order. However, the time may vary due to special reasons such as natural disasters, product unavailability, etc. The customer may be notified in advance if there is a delay.

3.2. Orders outside Dhaka are supplied through various courier services - Home Delivery Cash on Delivery. In this case, the delivery charge will depend on the number of products, weight, and the distance of the destination. Home delivery with Cash on Delivery facility will be provided in city corporation and other applicable proper areas, but in some remote or special cases, the customer may need to collect the product from the nearest courier office at their own responsibility. Delivery usually takes 2-7 days.
